Last week's roadshow left us with plenty of insights. This week we acted on them and can hereby present three substantial updates, several shaped directly by what we heard.

#1 Quantifying overview for early bid orientation

This one is experimental, and we want to be upfront about that. Estimators can now start from a structured overview of quantities, uncertain items, and items that may need manual pricing. It is designed for early understanding and orientation and should be seen as a starting point that helps your team ask better questions faster. We will keep developing it going forward, rest assured.

#2 Choose the knowledge behind a project-chat answer

The project chat now lets you decide where Brickanta looks for answers. You can choose to draw on your company's knowledge base, or ask for a deeper search across the full project material. Different questions need different sources. You control which one Brickanta uses, so every answer starts from the right foundation.

#3 AI Documents that learn from your organisation's history

The knowledge base now feeds directly into AI Documents. When Brickanta analyses a new project, it can draw on experiences from historical projects within your organisation and cite them in the document. Delivery delays, coordination issues, subcontractor risks, production conflicts: if your firm has encountered it before, Brickanta can surface that experience where it is relevant and reference the specific project it came from. The institutional knowledge that usually walks out the door when a senior colleague goes on parental leave now stays in the system and shows up when your team needs it most.

Three updates, one of them a meaningful step toward making sure your organisation's experience compounds over time.

Have a great weekend.
