Refined legal review, improved AI-documents and hello Norway!

Built this week: May 7

Usage keeps climbing. More society builders are uploading more projects, creating more AI-documents, putting Brickanta to work. Meanwhile, our developers barely look up from their screens these days. And when they do, it is usually because a customer asked for something.

Here are the results from this week's work:

#1 Legal review, refined

Two updates to legal review that belong together. First: you can now turn your most important findings into a short bid brief and export it as a DOCX. No more copying findings by hand into a separate document. Identify what matters, shape it for the right audience, and export. From AI insight to decision material in a few clicks.

Second: the review experience itself got more reliable. Findings navigate more predictably in the source document. Scanned or weak-text PDFs now get a searchable preview layer so you can verify what the AI found even in difficult documents. And we calibrated the review to reduce noisy findings, so what surfaces actually deserves your attention.

The point: every finding should be easy to verify in the source. Now it is.

#2 Fewer stuck moments in AI Documents

A handful of small fixes that remove friction from common workflows. New AI Documents now unlock as soon as indexing is ready, instead of making you wait longer than necessary. Archived versions no longer clutter your active document list. Renaming a document no longer opens it in the background. And folder uploads now generate a sensible project name automatically. None of these are headline features, yet all of them make the product feel better to use every day.

#3 Brickanta now supports Norwegian

Hei Norge! Good news. Norwegian-speaking teams can now use Brickanta in their own language. It's a simple update with a clear signal: Brickanta is growing across the Nordics.

That is it for this week.
