Improved legal review and fewer file headaches

Built this week: May 15

A lot of our energy this week went into onboarding. More society builders are joining Brickanta, and we are spending real time making sure they feel at home in the platform, understand what it can do, and get value from day one.

Meanwhile, we still shipped two updates worth noting. Both in the same spirit: fewer steps between what Brickanta produces and what your team can actually use.

#1 Legal review you can correct, check, and improve

Legal review is becoming a proper review workflow. You can now edit and correct findings directly, with every change recoverable if you need to step back. Risk levels are simpler and clearer. Source highlights in the original document are more precise, so validating what the AI found takes less effort. The goal: a legal review your team works with from start to finish.

#2 Fewer manual detours for messy real-world files

Construction projects can be messy, and they often take shape as a mix of PDFs, outlook emails, HEIC photos from site visits, XLSX files with edge-case formatting and Dropbox folders where three subfolders share the same name. Brickanta now handles more of what teams actually upload and sync, so you spend less time converting, renaming, and fixing before the real work begins.

That is it for this week. Two updates shipped, a growing group of society builders getting started, and more to come.

Have a good weekend.
