Construction is a craft. It takes years to build the judgement that turns drawings into homes, schools, bridges and highways. Yet the EU construction sector turns over €2.3 trillion a year, and an estimated quarter of every euro invested fails to create the value it was meant to. That’s close to €600 billion, every year, with most of it traceable back to decisions made too early with too little information. Often, that information existed. It just never made it across.

Every project passes through hundreds of hands, from developer to contractor and from first estimate to final handover. Knowledge thins out at every step, and when an experienced estimator or project lead moves on, what they knew goes with them. This is a problem AI is ready to solve: keeping track of what was agreed, what changed and what’s still open, so the people on the project can put their judgement where it counts.

That’s why we build Brickanta: so general contractors and developers can run every project with everything their organisation already knows. We can’t hand you a bigger spade. But we can help you orchestrate the plan. Run your construction projects like a craft.
