Sakofall: A compact developer that wanted to lead the industry’s AI shift
Sakofall takes projects from land acquisition through development and construction with a small team and a network of external contractors. Now, they read agreements, ground conditions and detailed plans faster, and sees risks earlier in every project.

Challenge
A small team carries each project from land deal to handover, and the earliest decisions carry the biggest risks.
Sakofall runs a full development portfolio with a compact team. Before buying land or signing an exploitation agreement, it has to understand ground conditions, detailed-plan restrictions and the obligations hidden in long transaction documents. Later, the same people handle tendering, change orders and warranty claims under tight deadlines. Information sits in SharePoint folders and depends on each project leader’s way of working, which makes risks hard to spot early and lessons hard to carry into the next project.
Solution
Sakofall uses Brickanta as a single workspace on top of SharePoint, built around its own gate model.
Brickanta connects to the SharePoint folders Sakofall chooses, so tenders, drawings, agreements and project history can be searched from one chat. When a supplementary agreement arrives, Brickanta compares it with the original exploitation agreement, LOI and SPA, and flags new obligations with links to the source text. For early-stage projects, it brings ground investigations and detailed plans together into a short report of the main risks. Sakofall’s gate model sets out which decisions are needed at each stage and what material supports them.
Results
Sakofall’s team spends less time searching and more time on planning and quality.
