Overview
Many builders run every project out of Dropbox: drawings from consultants, documents from the client, offers from subcontractors. Connect Dropbox and pick the folders that belong to a project. A single project can draw on several folders, such as internal files plus the shared project binder, so Brickanta sees the whole picture.
How it works
A Dropbox team admin approves the Brickanta app once for the whole team. After that, Brickanta reads everything inside the folders you select and nothing above them. Access is read-only, and the source files never leave Dropbox. New files sync into the project automatically. You can revoke access at any time.
How to configure
Choose Dropbox under integrations in Brickanta.
Sign in with a Dropbox team admin account and approve the app.
Create a project and select one or more folders as its source.
Wait while Brickanta reads the files. Large folders take longer.
To add or remove folders later, edit the project’s sources.
