Overview
Your project files already live in SharePoint. Connect a site or folder and Brickanta builds a project from it: requirements, risks, procurement packages and chat answers that link back to the original file. The files stay where they are. When your team adds new documents in SharePoint, they appear in Brickanta.
How it works
Brickanta partners with Microsoft and follows Microsoft’s best practices for connecting to SharePoint. Your team signs in with Microsoft accounts, and your IT admin controls which sites and folders Brickanta can read. Access is read-only, and your files stay in SharePoint.
How to configure
Sign in to Brickanta with your Microsoft account.
Choose SharePoint under integrations and ask a Microsoft admin to approve the Brickanta apps.
Select the sites and folders Brickanta may read.
Create a project and pick a connected folder as its source.
Wait while Brickanta reads the files. Large folders take longer.
Optional: remove the setup app in Entra. Re-approve it when you want to add more folders.
